Opening Hours

Monday	7.00am – 5.30pm
Tuesday	8.00am – 5.30pm
Wednesday	8.00am – 6.30pm
Thursday	9.00am – 5.30pm
Friday	8.00am – 5.00pm

Appointments after these hours by arrangement (please phone during office hours). Home visits can also be arranged.

Pilates classes are held in the mornings and late afternoons/early evenings.

Location

Parking and entrance are at the back.

Directions: Turn south at the roundabout on Park Beach Road (opposite the entrance road to Park Beach Plaza) and follow the signs to McDonalds. We are located between Sports Power and McDonalds.
